"Everything was perfect, the staff is very kind and helpful"

"It was really disappointing stay. Fits of all there was no 24/7 reception even I have arrived almost at check in time. The manager finally arrived in 30 minutes after I have asked neighbor hotel to call him. When he arrived, he was aggressive and insist on my cancelation when I refused he called me POOR, never apologized and I felt super unsafe leaving my stuff there and staying over night there. But it was not over, then hotel employee came at 8am in the morning an asked me to get out...

"Very nice! The hosts are awesome and having such a good time. It really makes an impact on the stay. They are really the sweetest people! Little too many flies in the restaurant and could be nice with a fridge in the room. But a beautiful view and a great pool. Would definitely come back another time!!!"

"Our stay was amazing at the bungalow! Things just to keep in mind is you are in the middle of the jungle so we did find a lot of ants in our room and some other bugs but nothing that overly affected us. Other than that the rooms were in tip top shape and the staff was amazing. It is on a mountain so ask the receptionist about delivering food, it wasn’t overly expensive as well. They brought dinner and breakfast right to your door and we’re so kind. Would definitely stay again!! :)"
