Fint ophold
Overordnet set en god oplevelse og et dejligt hotel med et super personale. Et par minusser hvis man skal være så uartig: Der er meget dyrt (men det er en generel ting på Nusa Dua), nogle af poolsene som er dem man har adgang til fra værelserne er beskidte og bunden trænger til at blive fixet.

The staff and service was amazing. The beachfront is fantastic and the pools are great. The room is a bit old and need to be refurbished, especially the bathroom. We had a nice a stay at The Laguna.

Slidt hotel trænger til en renovering
Vi kom til Laguna efter en uge på The Conrad. I forhold til Conrad var Laguna slidt, servicen var en del ringere og morgen maden på hotellet var både dyr og gennemsnitligt. Vi betalte 3000kr for 6 dage inkl morgenmad på Conrad hvor det blev 7400kr på Laguna, for et ældre hotel med ringere service. The Laguna ligger tilgengæld i et lidt pænere område og stranden er også pænere. Der ca 2km mellem hotellerne men en verden til forskel i forhold til service og områder.

Fint hotel, men i min optik ikke et 5-stjernet - har boet på en del 5-stjernede, der alle var markant bedre. Lidt beskidt værelse, havde ikke det rigtige værelse til os ved indtjekning, telefon på værelse duede ikke og kaffen tog de en time om at levere på værelset om aftenen. Lækkert med gode pools og skøn strand lige uden for hotellet.

Skønt hotel med god adgang til lækker sandstrand
Virkelig dejlig hotel med fri adgang til både pool og lækker sandstrand. Det var lidt ærgerligt, at man hver morgen skulle SKYNDE sig ned og booke liggestole, da dette åbenbart var standard for hotellets gæster at optage liggestole selvom der gik flere timer før de blev taget i brug. Hotellets morgenmads buffet er langt over standard, og virkelig lækker! Personalet var endvidere utrolig søde til at hjælpe med alle de spørgsmål vi havde. Priser på mad og drikkevarer på hotellet er i den høje ende i forhold til andre steder på Bali, men kvaliteten heraf var også virkelig god. Det var alt i alt et dejligt, men stort hotel af lidt ældre standard.

Laguna er et fantastisk dejligt hotel. Selvom det er stort så føler man sig meget velkommen og man bliver fantastisk godt behandlet. Værelserne er super lækkert indrettet med smukke møbler i god kvalitet. Beliggenheden var den bedste. Ud til den bedste strand vi oplevede på Bali. Rent skønt vand uden sten. Der var masser af plads på stranden og masser af strandstole med så mange håndklæder man ønskede. Det var en perfekt afslutning på 3 dage efter vores 3 ugers rundrejse på Bali. Det var ren nydelse fra vi kom til vi tog afsted. Butlerservice var en fantastisk service. Dyrt - men man får virkelig noget for pengene og det var det hele værd. Ville gerne have haft nogle flere dage der. Lækre drinks til happy hour i solnedgangen med ildopvisning på stranden var en dejlig oplevelse.

Fantastisk beliggenhed
Alt var perfekt - pånær toilet forholdene på værelset. Døren var en form for lamel-åbning - hvilket betød at man INTET privathed havde derude.Dette var enormt generende og trak MEGET ned på den samlede bedømmelse - selvom alt andet var perfekt! Vi måtte dog også bede rengøringen om at fylde op med shampoo osv - det skete ikke automatisk...

Great resort, beautiful design, brand new rooms, too many fantastic fresh and salt water pools and lagoons. Many options for dining and drinks. Staff were fantastic and so nice. The area and the fact that both sides of the resort are two other beautiful resorts, makes it great to walk around and additional dining and drinking options. We stayed at a lagoon view room in 2nd floor and it was fantastic with a great view, quiet environment and very much private. The additional programs like the Balinese dance and fire show complemented our stay in last night.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The number of pool areas is a great advantage and the salt water lagoon is a little haven of tranquility! Breakfast buffet options are great and the quality of the food was excellent. Our only flaw was that people would go to the main pool early morning to put towels on beds and then not appear to use them until the early afternoon. The hotel policy states that if it’s not used within an hour then towels will be removed - this really was not followed.

I bought the vacation in this hotel for my mom and she was amazed by the hotel and its territory, said it is indeed luxury. She honored specifically Daria, the hotel staff, who was super helpful and welcoming. The only thing is the ocean low tide is very far, literally makes it impossible to swim during the day, but well, there are several pools in the hotel, and it's mostly on that coast, not only there, and it's fine in the morning and evening.

The resort mostly focused on big events and not their regular guests. Every day they would have weddings or something else and they would be yelling until 10pm or later. No activities for the guests at all. Also breakfast is the same every single day. Besides that everything was good.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Very well kept, friendly staff and convenient location. Walking distance to the mall and waters blow. The food at the hotel was great. The only comment I would make is that when booking online and paying extra to include breakfast and dinner I thought everything was included. At the hotel I was informed that drinks was not included with dinner and had to pay that separately. It would be ideal to make that a little clearer when booking. Other than that our stay was exceptional and highly recommend.

Modern Decor, Well Maintained with Great Service
This resort was recently refurbished. The landscaping and grounds are amazingly well kept. There are so many spots you can just hideaway and relax with pools everywhere. There didn't seem to be a lot children staying so it was generally tranquil and peaceful. The breakfast was great along with other meal services. The gym was modern and extremely well maintained. I have stayed at many places in Nusa Dua before. The Laguna will be where I book next time if the rates are reasonable.

We loved the friendly staff, the large open gardens, the many pools to swim in and the access to the beach. Our room had beautiful interior and they cleaned our rooms twice every day with free complimentary water. All you needed to do was ask! Our first point of contact was Maha and he made sure to say good bye to us also! He was very sweet and made sure we had what we wanted. This was a great vacation with my sister and is perfect for families, couples or singles also. The beach is on the doorstep of the hotel and it’s many restaurants/bars so you could easily explore the entire coast if you wanted to. We are really sad we had to leave. Thank you for having us.
