You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. -Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. -Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. -The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. According to the condominium's general rules and regulations, only reservations for a minimum of 5 nights are accepted. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. -Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning. -Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay. -Check In: 3:00 p.m. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). -Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm. -The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment. -Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation. -The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
