The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether you are starting the day with a quiet breakfast or gathering around the dining table in the evening. With a full kitchen and dining table, everything is arranged for relaxed meals at your own pace between beach outings and poolside afternoons.
Living spaces & connectivity
Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living area with natural light and frame the water beyond. A TV, Wifi, and Ethernet connection make it easy to stream a favorite show or stay productive during a longer stay. The home is a single level with no stairs in home, and the building includes an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep with a doorway at least 32 inches wide for added ease of access.
Outdoor living & amenities
Waterfront and right next to a body of water, the property also offers beach access so guests can enjoy a nearby beach whenever the mood strikes. Resort access allows use of nearby resort facilities, expanding your options for recreation during your stay. The pool and sun loungers invite you to unwind under the tropical sky, while your private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, and outdoor dining area create an inviting space to linger in the open air. A private entrance adds convenience, and free parking garage on premises makes arrivals and departures simple.

Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.

-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.
-Electricity consumption
Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
