The space

This entire condo inside Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The single-level layout means no stairs anywhere inside - smooth, easy movement for everyone in the group. One important detail: the 7-guest maximum applies equally to adults, children, and babies per condominium rules, and the 7th guest must be a minor under 15 years old. Room-darkening shades and cotton linens set the stage for genuine rest after full days out, and dedicated closet storage keeps things tidy whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay.

 

Living space

Central air conditioning brings the interior down to a comfortable temperature whenever the coastal heat calls for a break. A private entrance gives the condo a self-contained feel, and self check-in means arrival fits entirely around your schedule - no coordination required. Building staff are on-site 24 hours a day should anything come up. Wi-Fi and a TV take care of staying connected or unwinding on quieter evenings.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen handles everything from early breakfasts to post-beach meals. A refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, drip coffee maker, and blender are all available, along with dishes and silverware. A dining table seats the full group comfortably for shared meals in.

 

Outdoor & resort amenities

The condo sits waterfront - right next to a body of water - with shared beach access close at hand. Just outside the unit, an outdoor pool, shared hot tub, shared sauna, and shared gym offer a full spread of resort-level options without stepping off the property. Resort access to nearby facilities adds further range when you want to venture out. A private patio or balcony and outdoor dining area round things out - the right spot for a slow morning coffee over the bay or an easy dinner as the evening breeze rolls in.

 

Practical details

Free parking garage on premises, an elevator with accessible dimensions, and long-term stays allowed make this condo an easy fit for both short coastal getaways and extended visits of 28 days or more. A carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher are in place for peace of mind.

 

The neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta stretches along the Mexican Pacific coast - wide beaches, consistent warmth, and a pace that adjusts almost on arrival. Days here tend to take shape on their own: time by the water, afternoons at the pool, evenings on the balcony as the sun drops toward the horizon.



Here are some points to take into account:



The apartment has a guest capacity.

The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.

The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.

It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is 7 people, being guest number 7 a minor under 15 years old.

The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
