Enjoy a relaxed beachfront stay at Aria Ocean in Flamingos, Nuevo Nayarit. This homey 2-bedroom condo accommodates up to 5 guests with a king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed. Relax on two balconies, swim in two resort style pools, or walk directly to the beach. The condo also includes 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, A/C, in-unit laundry, a smart TV, parking, and a practical kitchen.



The Space:

This 4th-floor condo offers a comfortable setting for couples, friends, or a small family. The open living and dining area connects to two furnished balconies. One balcony includes a table and chairs for casual meals, while the second offers additional seating for relaxing outdoors.



The main bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, and a second full bathroom is located in the hallway. The sofa bed in the living room allows the condo to accommodate up to five registered guests.



The kitchen includes the basic equipment needed to prepare simple meals, along with a hot and cold water dispenser. Please note that there is no conventional oven. Guests also have access to 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV for personal streaming accounts, and a washer and dryer in the service room.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry room, and both furnished balconies.



Guests may also enjoy two shared swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pool loungers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved. Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool areas.



Before arrival, guests will receive a QR access code for the development. At the security gate, all registered guests must present the QR code and a valid government-issued ID. Wristbands are required to access the common areas.



The condo is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator.



Parking is available inside the development.



The Neighborhood:

Aria Ocean is located in Flamingos, Nuevo Nayarit, in a relaxed beachfront area of Bahía de Banderas. The location is ideal for guests looking to enjoy peaceful beach days while remaining within driving distance of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and nearby coastal communities.



An independently operated restaurant is located within the development and is generally open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.



Getting Around:

Parking is available inside the development on a non-assigned basis. Guests arriving by car must show their QR access code and valid identification at the security gate.



Taxis and app-based transportation services are available for exploring Nuevo Nayarit and nearby areas. A vehicle may be helpful for visiting supermarkets, restaurants, attractions, and surrounding towns.



Other Things to Note:

-->The maximum occupancy is five registered guests. Unregistered visitors, parties, and events are not permitted.

-->Pets are not allowed.

-->There is no gym access.

-->Aria Ocean is a completely smoke-free development. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on the balconies, or anywhere in the common areas.

-->Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m. Guests must wear the provided wristbands while using the common areas and must follow all security and condominium rules.

-->Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool areas. Pool loungers cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

-->The kitchen is equipped for preparing basic meals but does not have a conventional oven. A hot and cold water dispenser is available inside the condo.

-->The smart TV does not include streaming subscriptions. Guests may sign in using their own accounts and should log out before departure.

-->Please dispose of all trash in securely tied bags. The designated trash disposal area is located at the end of the parking lot on the right-hand side. This is the only authorized location for leaving trash bags. Please do not leave trash in hallways, common areas, or anywhere else on the property.
