"Beautiful property. Welcoming and kind staff, many amenities. Location is great. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast each day offered something for everyone. So many options to choose from. Jude at front desk was so helpful. Frank and Jean Pierre at the main bar went above and beyond! Cecile and the rest of the staff in the Executive Lounge were an amazing. "Very helpful staff. Changed my room to a lower floor because of the number of stairs. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Promptly fixed a problem with the TV. Very central location. One night when there was a.large event at the hotel, the restUrant staff were less attentive and the meal took a long time to come, but otherwise food and service at the restaurant very good."

"My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough."
