"This is a cute property nestled at the top of the drive in a wooded neighborhood. The outdoor niche would be a pleasant spot for reading. It has a cozy roominess with tidy appointments. It's an easy drive to the Sebastopol business district, which has a wonderful, rustic quirkiness. We highly recommend a drive to Goat Rock on the coast, then to Armstrong Redwood Reserve, and lunch at Baked on the River in Guerneville."

"The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

"Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were...
