The grave of a Soviet soldier who died on 9th October 1944 during the Battle of the Dukla Pass, a military offensive which aimed to provide support for the Slovak National Uprising against Nazi Germany. The site is located between Čierťaž (1071 m) and Kremenec (1221 m) on the red and blue hiking trails that follow the Polish-Slovak border.

Beautiful surrounding, good hotel!
Very pleasant hotel and staff. Food in the restaurant was a bit like student's had made it, but otherwise it was edible. The staff didn't speak good English though, that's a big minus. I'd stay there again.
