The kitchen is a well designed, open plan space that has everything you need to prepare meals with family or friends. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine. There is also a stunning dining table in the open plan kitchen with space for 5 guests.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
The main bathroom is located upstairs in between the bedrooms and offers a spacious bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a sink. There is also a W/C downstairs with a toilet and sink.

Walking - The property is incredibly located and is just a short walk away from many amenities including lots of parks and plenty of amazing bars & restaurants.

Car - The M1, A38 and A61 are a just a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. There are lots of amenities within driving distance including Alfreton Train Station, Hardwick Hall and Ripley Hospital.

Taxi - Uber operates in the area and we also recommend using Pinxton Normo Taxis.

*A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.

* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.

* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.
