"First thing to know is that this cottage does not have wifi or cellular service available!!!!!!! You can make a phone call but it will likely drop if you move. I made the error of assuming that a place that listed a Smart TV would have to have wifi. The host notified me the day before our trip that there would be no WiFi, no firewood (found out that the place is heated by a combination of radiant and wood stove!) and we were “strongly encouraged” to bring our own linens… So more glamping than...

"The cottage is nicely set up with everything you could need. Very clean and well laid out. We arrived to a little smore box and cute note that the kids just loved. Our stay was relaxing and quiet. The Lake is beautiful and it’s nice to be in the bay as it is quieter and not as much lake traffic. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends looking for a quiet time away from the city. "

"We had an amazing week!! The property is beautiful!! The only negative was that we had no cleaning spray? Also no oils sugar or spices to cook with. We were missing a measuring cup and measuring spoons to do any kind of baking. I ended up driving to mount laurier to buy because I love baking ❤️ This was the only negative!
