"We booked 2 rooms. There was no staff when we arrived up to the time we left. Our room keys were in an envelope with the name of the person who reserved the rooms. There was a note at the door of the office that the envelopes were inside a box. The rooms were clean but there were only 2 towels in the room that was reserved for 4 people. We called front desk and there was a recording to send an e-mail. We sent an e-mail requesting additional towels but no response. There were bugs in one of the...

"We only spent 1 night. Unable to start the fireplace and figure out the thermostat. The attendant did come to assist. We would stay here again, if the price was within our price range."

"Place was great. Was just adorable. Rooms were smartly and elegantly done. Had cute ceiling fan, rustic bedside lights and tables and chairs, adorable refrigerator. Decor was perfect for western theme. Place was very very clean- compliments to housekeeping. Would recommend having microwaving heat coffee or food."

"This little tiny home was so cute and cozy! My five year-old kept calling the loft bed up above his “treehouse“ and I couldn’t get him down from there! The place is set up very beautifully, plenty of dishes, towels, etc., to be used. Also had a dishwasher and a washing machine, which was very nice! Served as a great base camp for day trips to Ouray and Telluride. Can’t say enough about this rental. It was great!"

"Excellent historic property, well maintained. Nice rooms, good breakfast, hot tub and fire pit onsite."

"The property had a magnificent Mountain View. The place itself was spotless right extremely clean. The place itself was very very clean. and it is very secluded for your own privacy. The owner of the property has done a magnificent job with the cottage and with all she does on her own property. If we return to that area, we will definitely be staying there again."

"This place worked out ok for our trip to the area. I would definitely NOT call it luxury and I think it is overpriced for what is there."

"The wrap around porch afforded a scenic view of Ridgeway and an amazing display of the stars at night. Great location to nearby restaurants and outdoor activities. It was clean and the beds were so comfy. Awesome place to relax and spend time with family and friends. The only complaint is not about the property but about the description of the property, specifically how many beds and bedrooms there are. I booked through Expedia which said there were 4 bedrooms on the main floor and that the...
