"Hotel standard in UK varies - this hotel is absolutely at a higher standard than most UK hotels. Spacious room, nice and comfotable beds, easy to acces by bus or taxi from airport or citycenter, quiet surroundings, a supermarket next to, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast OK - could have been improved by at slice og cheese (but we got it from the supermarket). Prices are OK. Nice hotel - we will come back!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location for Earlham Park, it has a nice breakfast and reception areas, plenty of parking, and the breakfast was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was really not great. It was situated some way from reception along a rabbit hole of corridors. The corridor where our room was smelt quite fusty/mouldy. The room itself also had a strong odour - a bit like rotting fruit. Luckily the windows were openable. The room and especially bathroom were overdue for...
