"We have two small kids so I appreciated how enclosed the neighborhood was. The house is located near a dead end so that made it easier to get in and out with the kids. The house was clean and we loved the location"

"To start, this was my first time in Atlanta. The house is in the hood, but it was fairly quiet during the stay. The streets are EXTREMELY narrow. There are spiders EVERYWHERE from the moment you walk up to the porch and throughout the house. We could not use the back. There were house spider, daddy long legs, brown recluse, and some big fat ones (yes all in the house). There were ALOT in the rainforest room. I would strongly suggest power washing the porches and applying a home defense spray to...

"Great place to stay besides neighbors upstairs with heavy foot steps and the steps getting into the place. If you are someone with knee or hip issues I do not recommend,Location is clean, spacious, and comfy especially with the hot tub.Space does need more dishes and such for a family but bed and couches are comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Could use more towels and such for more than two especially with the the access to the hot tub.Outside of the small issues location is close to...

"Our stay was great from start to finish. Victoria was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The check-in was smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free right away. The place itself had plenty of space and was very comfortable. It also had easy access to the BeltLine and different parks around the city, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"We had a very nice stay , the only issue i had was the only tv that stayed connected to the internet was the living room so noone could watch tv in the rooms..and thought it had 3 baths but we only seen 2. Over all it was nice and peaceful"
