"This is a perfect place to stay near downtown Denver. The hotel/apartment is clean and new. Very comfortable and quiet. We did have a little hiccup with the early check-in because the cleaners were still there at our check-in time, but the owner replied in a timely manner and refunded the early check-in fee. Neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants, breweries and bakeries nearby. Would definitely stay here again."
