"My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...

"We loved our stay, very clean!! We did have a minor hiccup,not a big deal. Carrie always answered my questions speedily. Our dogs enjoyed their stay also. The decor was amazing. I enjoyed looking around at all the things that were in the cabinets and on shelves. We didn't use the porch as much as I thought we would, mainly because of the weather. We took in many of the attractions and I would definetly recommend The Feed Co. Table & Tavern. The food was delicious and the service was great."

"We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. "We had a wonderful stay! The view was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch! We grilled steaks, but did pop into Cafe 136 down the road for breakfast. We also had an app and drink at Canyon Grill before our steak dinner back at the tiny home. I think this tiny home is the most private of three on this property. All look amazing though and I’d return to stay in any of them! Such a fun experience! "

"This property was an amazing New Years getaway with my fiancé and 2 of our dogs. Everything was so cute, cozy, and clean. The yurt was also stocked with everything you could possibly need which was amazing. We couldn’t get over the views! "

"This was my first time staying in a Tiny Home, and we had a great time! It’s just secluded enough on acres of woods to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The fire pit was amazing with two great swings and several Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The porch swing was a plus! The outdoor area had several rows of outdoor lighting that was beautiful at night. Something to consider though…The spiral stair case is narrow and a little shaky, so if that would be a issue, I wouldn’t suggest staying at this Tiny...

"We had an absolute beautiful stay at this amazing property! The sunsets and views were stunning, the personal touches made upon our arrival, and good company (Wolfgang and Chrissy are now great friends!). We took the canoe out for the day and LOVED the float along the water.We will definately be back again! "

"The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Good location for activities in the Chattanooga area And the hosts are very responsive and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay there again. "
