"We booked this property specifically because of the river access. So glad that we did! We spent most of the day Saturday on the river, and had it completely to ourselves! Our amazing hosts encouraged us to drive our car close to the river access, so we only had a short walk to a very large flat rock next to the river. Put our chairs in a shallow spot and just chilled. "Who knew you could find true hill country living so close to Austin !?! This is rural Texas at its core just a short drive from downtown. It's PERFECT for anyone attending a Circuit of the America's racing/driving event. The main mattress was a little dippy. Pull out the mattress from under the day bed. It was much more comfortable."

"Cabin was clean and had many supplies. Be aware that the bathroom is not in the cabin but just a few steps away and is a private bath, did not impact our stay. Seems like it would be a good place to stay in warmer months when you could use the lake amenities. We chose the property because of its proximity to Stone House Vineyard, we were attending an event there and wanted to stay close by."

"This property is beautiful! It’s less than 15 minutes from Lago Vista, which has a grocery store and food places, and is about 10 minutes from a beautiful spot on Lake Travis. The property is quiet and beautiful, and the owner was very helpful and kind with check in and questions during our stay.
