Private ferieboliger i Northumberland

"A lovely well situated house with good facilities and close to shops, pubs and bus stops.A perfect base for walking the England Coastal path. Excellent communication from our host."

"The property had everything you could need, and to a very high standard, unfortunately the mattress on the bed was not our liking, it was very soft. The shower could have been better if it had been a power shower rather than an electric shower, it was slightly under powered. Everything was spotless and the layout was lovely. The view from the front of the house was just as described and well located for access to Newbiggin and local restaurants."

"Spent a week in the property. Great stay in a generous sized property. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minute walk from the town centre. Good range of shops and eating places in Newbiggin. Near park land which was ideal for the dog. House was well equipped. Good sized bathroom. Rear yard was a nice suntrap and very private. Good sized bedrooms and very clean."

"Convenient for traveling around the local area, and good place to stay. My only criticism would be parking,at busy times the parking is shared with local pubs/hotels."

"Curtain rail hanging of in living room. No working WiFi despite being advertised, both issues I note was brought to the hosts attention a month ago! Which was not alluded to when I brought it to their attention.Main fan oven not working, other small oven, dirty and greasy, with lumps of food stuff adhered"

"Nice clean property. Everything you need. Ideal location short stroll to the seafront and town centre. If I had one small snag it would be to put in a downstairs toilet but this didn't spoil the stay."

"Great property, comfy, cosy and a perfect hub to explore Northumberland from! The photos of the property displayed don’t do the place justice at all!"

"Wyndgrove was the perfect place for our large family to enjoy a wonderful week together in beautiful Seahouses. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The playroom was a fantastic addition and kept our five grandchildren entertained — and even provided plenty of fun for some of the adults too!The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. They were easy to contact and responded promptly...

"You get several automated emails/SMS, but it's not always clear which of them apply to you or not (myself non-Britain tourist). After coming-in the WiFi does not work, after rebooting the router and many emails with the resonsibles it was found that there was a misreading in the password; it would have been better if it's computer and not hand-written to get rid of such misunderstandings. Unfortunately the lodge lies on a very busy road and the distance between the house and the road is only 1...

"Lovely cottage and ideal location.Good communication and great walks."

"This is is a nice spacious place to stay easily walkable into the town centre. It had everything I needed. The basics like the kitchen, the heating etc all worked well. Parking was easy. All in all, really good place."

"Lovely little spot with everything we needed."

"Sue and Phil are the perfect hosts, the cottage is a real home from home with great facilities and little touches that you don’t usually find and located within easy reach of the many beautiful Northumberland sights. We hope to stay there again soon."

"Lovely stay in Amble at Jo’s property. The house was fab much bigger than it looks and great distance to lovely walks along the shore and round harbour and marina .Easy parking at house . Lots of nice places to eat nearby too. A great base to see more of the area too. We all had a great time. Would highly recommend"
