"The Guest House is the perfect place for a fun getaway to see the city. The apartment was incredibly clean and well stocked with travel amenities. Check in was a breeze and check-out was even easier. There was mention of highway traffic noise in a previous review, but did not find it to be an issue as there was a white sound machine available for use. "It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. "

"Very worn. Elevator and front dor out of order. Many rooms deemed unsafe (picture). Room without shower curtain and coffee cups. Not clean. Homeless people sleeping on the staircase. Seems like closing down? Price way too high for that quality!"

"The current average rating is way too high. This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"The stay at Drury Plaza was ok. The rooms were clean and spacious. No complaints there. But the breakfast buffet was very bad and uninspiring. There were, apart from apples and bananas, no fresh vegetables nor fruit. The bomuld eggs were clearly not freshly cooked at the hotel, but from a bucket/jar. I would suggest going for a bit more ingredients - and just fresh food. Not all that processed food. We did not try the evening buffet for this reason."
