"We really liked our apartment. It was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. There were only 2 issues. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. And the neighbor upstairs was SO loud. They had loud conversations until around 2 AM, heavy footsteps, and an extremely loud TV that stayed on all night until 4 AM. It was almost impossible to sleep."

"My husband has three sisters and one nephew who live in the Richmond area. The property was very convenient and comfortable and extremely clean. It had interesting architecture and made our visits with relatives so much more enjoyable than descending upon relatives to stay with them. Richmond was beautiful this time of year."

"This location was a short walk to the convention center which was perfect for us. So much more spacious than a hotel. The beds were comfortable. The white noise alarm clocks in the bedrooms were perfect for blocking out the street noise. The only thing we would have liked to have that we didn’t was a toaster in the kitchen. We will stay again if attending events at the convention center."

The state capitol is 30 minutes walk distant, same for the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. Memorial of the notorious triangle trade (Liverpool-West Africa-Richmond) is in Shockoe Valley, 25 minutes by foot from your room. Thanks to the year 2020 protests, very few of the monuments can be found anymore that...

"Really enjoyed our stay. The place was great and plenty of room. Clean and updated with several balconies. Neighborhood's was safe and many places to eat close and walkable. Several parks nearby and the James River walk/Browns island was a short drive."
