"Clean building, great location, friendly staff, greet value for the cost and and the room. Great place to stay for the night, no frills just a good place to stay. Bed a bit firm for my liking but that is a personal preference and not a complaint."

"Faucets could use an upgrade. Fry pans need upgrading. Great pool! Quiet area. Everything close by!! The layout of the unit is amazing! We took two teenage grandsons—nice separation of sleeping areas, and the living area is huge and perfect for playing games in the evening. Great restaurants close by! Lobster boil in Bailey’s Harbor is the best! We have stayed at this condo before and definitely plan to go back!!!!"

"The staff was kind and courteous. Check in and check out went smoothly. We booked a loft room and it was very spacious and clean, added bonus for the small kitchenette. However, the TV in loft was smaller and there was no TV in the downstairs queen bedroom. We used the outdoor heated pool and the indoor pool, both were great. "my advice is to stay somewhere else. to me, this building seemed like it had been used as subsidized housing by a public agency and then sold. The new owner may have transformed each of the units into a hotel room, but they couldn’t change the stairways, the elevators, or the sad depressing feeling inside the building. The apartment that I was given was perfectly fine. In a neutral kind of way, there was no problem. However, when I got off the elevator on my floor there was someone yelling “F...
