"Charming, comfortable & peaceful. Beth was a delightful host who made the most delicious g.f. fruit muffins for one coeliac guest. The bed was very comfortable & warm. Our little lounge had a super little heater. Keep an eye out for many of Beth's quirky little objects & lovely art. Lovely garden. Easy walk into Ulverstone with it's marvellous Visitor Centre."

"The property is in a great location, easy access, close to amenities and the pub. Chris was helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Couldn't find the platypus in the lake though!"

"Liked the big bedroom and lounge room. Lounge not very comfortable but had mostly everything you needed in kitchen. A bigger pot and more than one would be more useful though. Bathroom great, big shower head. Launceston in May minimum 6C need more than a light weight doona on bed. Should have been blanket in cupboard and there wasn’t. First night cold had to wear clothes to bed and leave heating on all night the second. "
