"We have stayed at peppers before; however, this apartment was by far the best. Great location and is equipped with everything (and more) you need for some time away. It was a challenging and stressful lead-up to our stay after the cyclone/flood but Lisa's communication was awesome. I couldn't fault the stay; wish we could give an extra star!!"

"Lejligheden var slidt og der var kun begrænset udstyr i køkkenet. Køleskabet afgav meget støj, der gjorde det svært at sove. Rengøringsniveauet var ringe, der blev ikke gjort rent iflg. aftale. Vi klagede flere gange over manglende rengøring. Hotellejlighederne har god beliggenhed, kun kort kørsel til stranden og ligger centralt i forhold til udflugtsmål."

"Palm Cove is as beautiful as they come. The apartment is basic and clean and in an ideal location with excellent proximity to both the town and beach. We booked just ahead of the news of a cyclone developing. As a result, the two days after arrival, the beaches were closed, pool chairs were put away, restaurants and cafes all closed down well in advance of the storm hitting. "We booked a 7 day getaway quite late and literally stumbled across Vievers on Palm with Ken and Michelle. Not really knowing what to expect, we were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the "apartment". It was the upstairs of a house which had 3 bedrooms, we only used the main, with a large kitchen and generous living area. The large balcony overlooked the mountain range with plenty of greenery surrounding us, not really noticing the neighbours below. The pool was just below and...

"We enjoyed staying in David and Leonie's space. The apartment suited our family needs and access to the pool was brilliantly positioned, close but not near thoroughfare. The children loved the bird life and daily wallaby visits. The apartment is a short stroll to the esplanade and a great base to travel into Cairns for boat trips etc. We appreciated the fact that a travel cot and highchair were available and David’s communication was brilliant."

"Der var fyldt med myrer på vores værelse i sengene mm. Vi blev tilbudt rengøring, men måtte selv bede om et nyt værelse. Der er meget fugtigt på, og der lugter derefter. Der var pletter på sengetøj og håndklæder og altanerne er ikke så indbydende pga. Manglende rengøring. Døde dyr i fryseren. Der ser fint ud på overfladen, men der er en del mangler. "
