"The place is very dated, feels old and not the classy place it looks like in the description. You can't even get a cop of coffee after 11am, or anything to eat without leaving the hotel. However, everything on the island is owned by the same company so it doesn't make any difference anyway as all restaurants sells the same bad, deep fried food just at different overpriced prices so you end up going to the only supermarket on the island and cook yourself. "Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated. Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. "We are a family of 4, 2 kids 18 and 14. We stayed in an appointment with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with all facilities you need like washing machin, tumbler, microwave, dishwasher and so on. It was very convenient. The apartment was very clean and looked new. Location was great with a few meter from the beach and at the end of the main street with all shops, cafes and restaurants. "We were very happy with our stay. So friendly staff. We should have checked out 10am but the let stay for free in the room until 11am. After that we were allowed to use the pool and towels and to take a shower in the fitness room. Great service and amazing pool area."
