"Love the fact it was a duplex with two kitchens. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Need some TLC of minor fixes. We had a great time using this as base camp!"

"Very cute place, nicely decorated. Very clean except couch was sandy so was the bed. We stayed in #9. The porch is unsafe. Very small you can step off the side or front on either side of steps, if you are not careful. You cannot see the lake from #9. You can walk out down a small sidewalk, onto the sand, then down to the lake. Very peaceful by the water. #9 is close to the main road US23. With the door open and screen closed. The traffic was loud. If I stay again I will ask for front place...

"Wonderful location right on the water with soft sand. The vball net and soccer balls/goals for were a welcome addition as well. One minor downside was that most of the outdoor plastic chairs at our cabin were usable but damaged and cracked. "

"Nice and clean place to stay, everything worked well - looks very new. Only issue was WiFi was spotty or was shared with other cabin. We could not get on sometimes and we have Verizon Cell phones and no coverage there - it’s a wooded lot. Not a big deal for us, could be for other families. "

"Cute, clean and cozy place. Traveled for work training and was unable to secure a sitter for my older dogs, owner was accommodating letting me bring them. This was my first time using a short term rental. Semi traffic from the road was a bit loud at times with the windows open but with the windows closed and air conditioning on, it wasn’t loud at all (a/c which worked great). When I contacted the host for a couple of questions I had, she answered my call and got back with an answer very quickly....

"Our stay at the Sasquatch Cottage was excellent. The décor was creative and full of character, with fun Sasquatch touches throughout. My daughter especially enjoyed the swing out front, and the fire pit—with plenty of wood provided—made for relaxing evenings. The location was ideal, close to the Leota trails and with easy access to the lake. A stylish, cozy retreat that made for a memorable getaway."
