"This should be the standard other properties have to follow. Clean, great staff, an all around nice experience. The only downside was that the ice machines did not work. That being said, the bartender was more than happy to get ice for you."

"Carlisle Inn Walnut Creek was very nice, quiet and relaxing. The entire staff gave excellent hospitality. The room in its entirety was very clean, including the bathroom. I surprise my twin sister (from Pennsylvania) with a two day stay. She was very surprised and happy and couldn’t stop saying how much she loved it. "What a unique and cozy place, lots of little treasures that take you back in time! The Inn is beautifully decorated and clean but the staff are the ones that make this place shine. No matter who we interacted with we were met with a smile and a helpful response. It’s a charm seldom seen in hotels today. We ate in the tavern, took in a swim and sauna before laying in the sun. We have family in the area so we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay :)"

"Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location."
