"Great for night life. Clean and felt very safe. There was a 300 incident fee taken out 2 days before the trip which I was unaware of prior to booking the 450 non refundable weekend. The funds were released back after check out. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Lots of communication from the property manager and very clear instructions. The beds and pillows were amazing! Everything you need is provided. 10/10 would stay here again. "

"All around solid stay. The property was spacious and fit our group of 8 nicely. Only having one bathroom was less than ideal but we made it work. The best aspect was the location and being in walking distance of so much great dining and retail."

"We stayed at this property and it was great for our family. Close to restaurants, Lou City soccer, and a skate park. Our boys got good use out of the dartboard too and we enjoyed family movie night on the giant tv in the basement. The front bedroom was a little loud with street and foot traffic at times but with the extra bed in the basement we didn’t use the front bedroom. We loved the decor and overall vibe of this unit. The parking was close, free and convenient too. "

"We stayed here when we had our first trip planned to Churchill Downs. Before we headed downtown we noticed the air kicked off and the touch screen thermostat in the hallway went black. I text the host about it because it was 98 degrees outside and before we got back from downtown Sean had the AC fixed and cool inside! He sent us a text that it was back on and apologized for the inconvenience. It didn't inconvenience us in anyway because we were in town anyway but we were very impressed with...

"Location is everything and this VRBO has everything! Really great for adults doing the Bourbon Trail and enjoying the NULU area. All bedrooms have access to their own bathroom which is a huge bonus to adult friends traveling together. The unit is SO walkable (and safe) to all the happening restaurants and bars in NULU. Very clean and comfortable with great decor. Thanks Sean for answering all my questions with speed, you are a wonderful host!"

"My family loved staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for my husband and I along with our 23 year old and 15 year old. Each kid had their own room! The included parking spot in the parking garage across the street is a huge plus! We were very close to all of the downtown places we wanted to visit. Communication with the owners was great! We would definitely stay here again! "

"This was a great location a few blocks from the excitement of the Bourbon Trail and waterfront activities. Short walk or easy Ubers. Due to colder and rainy weather we did not get to experience the roof top. My husband has balance issues and he was able to handle the wide spiral staircase. The owner provides coffee/tea included. Then other snack or beverage items are setup on a payment honor system for your enjoyment. Location is very secure."
