"Great and clean hotel. Kind service"

"The breakfast could be better. The eggs aren’t great. They don’t have coffee creamer. The beds hurt our necks and backs. The doors in our room were hard to open and close, and our light switches weren’t working properly. Other than that, we liked the front desk employee's they were so nice, and the cleanliness of the place. The washer and dryer facility helped us a lot as well."

"This was our third time staying at this particular hotel. Overall, we generally enjoy our stays while visiting Louisville. The staff is awesome, Karen at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of conversing with her during my last two trips. Good breakfast, plenty of seating and relatively close to plenty of food and shopping options. However, this visitor our room was not clean and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk twice, it still was not cleaned prior...
