1. DIA Layover

Green Valley Ranch

"NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud."

"Very noisy. Be aware there is a very busy bar/club on the first floor. Would not stay in the 2-3 floor as it is impossible to sleep. They do provide ear plugs. The outside appears kinda dirty bc of the remnants of the busy club on the ground level. Staff was very helpful when I called to get access code. Great location Would only stay if you are truly just using the room to sleep (on the top floors only), but not a good space to relax."

"I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. "The unit was exactly as described, we enjoyed our stay!Upon arrival, we easily found how to access through the garage. We had a GMC Terrain which was a tight fit, but once we got the hang of it, entry and exit was smooth (with a spotter)The bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows were available. The AC worked great in the bedroom and the main area. The area is very quiet, especially since it overlooks the back alley, where there is very little traffic. You can hear the other...
