"Location was outstanding! Home had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Furnace wasn’t functional so it was a bit chilly. Also-the TVs seem to be tied to light switches. We thought the living tv wasn’t working but then hit a light switch and it came on. So that might be something to inform guests about. Overall-great stay!"

"Great place. Recommended. Better than hotel for sure."

"Great place overall! Just a bit of confusion with parking but otherwise no issues at all."

"The proximity to shops and excellent restaurants was a huge bonus. Didn't have to venture far to find memorable meals. The space was very well appointed and extremely clean. "

"The location is excellent - in a great neighborhood with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Zuni street brewing is right next door with different food truck options every night. The apartment is bright with large windows and a deck with views of downtown."

The owner was extremely responsive to messages."

"We have stayed at Espadin in Denver several times and have always enjoyed our stay overall. This last time was a disappointing in terms of the cleanliness and condition of the unit. There was hair in the sink and the shower in the bathroom and it looked like there was a quick cleaning pass over the rest of the unit. Also, the sheets on the bed and pillows were awful. Finally, the hoops I had to go through just to rent the unit were cumbersome to say the least, especially since we had already...

"This property was difficult to locate. The building numbers are not well lit and it was confusing for uber drivers both times I used them. The condo itself was beautiful and clean with a convenience store very close."

"Corners of the bed a bit dangerous. Both of us have bruises on our legs from hitting the edge off the bed frame. "
