E.g. there were no lid for one of the 2 pots, no chopping board, no bowls, very few plates etc. The oven and the microwave were both pretty dirty. The day before our depature the water heater stopped working. We contacted the service desk before noon. They promised to.look into the matter but then never got back to us, and the problem wasn't fixed."
