"Great location in the North Shore, restaurants/bars next to the hotel. At check in they told us that they could not find our reservation. They said that Hotels.com made a mistake and booked it for July rather than June. My reservation in my phone show the correct days in June. After waiting for awhile they gave me room. Their behavior was very suspicios like they were trying to cancel my reservation."
