"Great house, has island vibe throughout. Upstairs is open with nice kitchen. House was perfect size for me, 13 yo son and his friend. Both bedrooms open to the pool. Pool is small but a very nice amenity and is in shade in the afternoon when you want to relax . Beach was quiet and snorkeling was good. Bring water shoes if you want to go walking to get around the rock on west side. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back"

"Sunrises in the morning, sunsets at night, all from the comfort of the patio and tide pool. Sea View Play is by far my favorite villa I have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and incredibly photogenic and the fact the living room opens up to experience that makes this a must stay villa in my opinion. Rob is a fantastic host and was incredibly quick to respond and made sure we had a great time. I can't recommend this place enough! We'll be coming back for sure."

"We had a wonderful visit to Estate River. This large home had much space for our family group of 11 which included children. We liked the central location which is 10 minutes to Cane Bay and Carambola and 20 minutes to Fredriksted. Estate River is private and quiet. The property manager was very responsive and provided everything for which we asked. "

"Multi family week vacation in this fantastic villa hidden in the mountains of the North Shore. Excellent home base for two families (6 total) as we explored the island, snorkeling at Buck Island, running ATV’s through the hillside, zip lining through mountains, kayaking through the bioluminescent bay, or simply sitting by the shore listening to the waves roll in. "This home on Spicewood Road was great! Beautiful views of the ocean and the marina.
