"Clean and comfortable property right on the wharf. Park at the wharf to unload your bags, then move your car to the recommended free overnight parking at end of day. Be prepared to climb the staircase -- saved me a trip to the gym! The place had everything we needed and was right among the shops and restaurants. Not the choice for a quiet get-away; definitely the choice for comfort and convenience. Great communication with owner and keypad made coming and going simple. "

"Very clean apt. Parking was great, right on premise. Great location, walking distance to downtown Ipswich, which is very historical & nice town with a few places to eat, have drinks. We enjoyed the 5 Corners Cafe for breakfast. Had dinner at The Brown Dog, staff at both places were very friendly and food was very good! Where we stayed was everything the owner said it was. "This place would be a lot better in the summer when the town is actually open. Not really their fault for that but it would have been nice to have had a heads up that the town was completely dead this time of year. The space is renovated nicely. You can tell whoever did it knew what they were doing. Shower is a little on the small end. At 5'10 and 200 lb I could barely fit in it. Something to keep in mind for larger guests. All in all, for the price, this was a great stay."

"This location was perfect for our weekend visiting Salem. The property was perfect for 4 adults. It was clean and had sheets, towels, fully stocked kitchen and a coffee/tea bar! It was a 6-8 minute drive into downtown Salem. Highly recommend! "
