"Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. Brought it up to their attention, I was told “thanks for letting us know” Asked to speak to the hotel manager, no one reached out. Followed up again, and they had the food and beverage manager...

"We had an incredible stay! The hosts are so nice and took so good care of us! Everything was very clean and so beautifully decorated. We also loved the garden, the beautiful huge trees and the fruits we could pick from them. We had huge and absolutely delicious avocados! We love to stay there soon again! "

"Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!!"

"Wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. Made us feel at home. We had a wonderful time here. The king size bed was very comfortable. The layout of the house was perfect. We cooked, enjoyed the lani, and loved having a washer and dryer. Very clean and beautiful home. "
