"With the ferry wharf right at the front with easy access to downtown Auckland and a direct ferry to Waiheke Island, the seaside location in sweet Devenport with lots of cafés and vintage shops in original Victorian building around the corner couldn't be better. A short walk to Victoria Mountain with an amazing 360 degrees view of Auckland and surroundings. The hotel staff is nice and helpful and bar and restaurant sufficient, - breakfast is also nice. "Room was very tidy and nice, easy check-in great location. Only letdown was the floor in the bathroom hadn’t been swept from previous guests"

"The cube was excellent. The only minor addition would be a shelf in the shower cubicle for shampoos, soaps etc Maybe a couple of coat hangers. Need to let you know frig was turned up too high. Did not notice until morning. 🤔"

"The place is nice but wrongly advertised. In stayz it said 3 bedroom for 6 adults. But when arrived they weee only 5 bedding. 2 queen and a single. Where is the sixth person going to sleep. He had to check into a motel nearby. When contacted the owner he said, you can see the picture on advertisement, only single. Totally not satisfied with explaining the situation. Then goes quite until I checked out. Please read the before booking and get confirmation. But the place is brand new and very clean...
