Bathroom walls were dinged up and definitely showed it's age (shower curtain had stains, blow dryer was dangling from metal wall plate by cord, tiles cracked and sealant/grout missing, etc). Microwave and fridge were unplugged, which we didn't notice until the last day. Blackout curtains were great. Plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. "The staff here are so friendly and incredibly helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel (room service) and this was also a great experience and the food was delicious. A little bit of noise from the room above and loud neighbours slamming their door but not the hotels fault. Would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again. "
