    This home is located in the affluent Neighbourhood of Ramsey Heights in Edmonton. You are within minutes of accessing Whitemud Drive from this location, so you have extremely easy driving access to West Edmonton / Downtown & South Central Edmonton.

    We encourage you to get out into the neighbourhood and explore on foot while you are here. You are an easy walk just a couple of blocks away from stunning River Valley views. You have walking access down a ravine trail into Terwillegar Park (which also is home to one of the best off leash dog areas in the city). And the large expansive field beside our home is a city maintained sports field with soccer goal posts and a huge playground. In the winter, the park hills are a favourite for sledding, and enjoying the snow!

    Located right next to a huge field and a well-maintained city playground, this home is an oasis of outdoor entertainment. Your family will love sledding down the nearby hill or enjoying a game of catch in the field.

    Welcome to our spacious and fully equipped home! As you enter through the front door, you'll be greeted by a generously sized tiled entryway, perfect for storing your shoes, luggage, and coats in the closet.

    Continuing through the main floor, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge, range, built-in dishwasher. and built in microwave. We've provided all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you need to create delicious meals. The kitchen also features a small table for 4, ideal for kids, and a larger dining table around the corner that can seat up to 10 people.

    The living room is next, featuring a large and comfortable sectional sofa and a 58" smart TV. You can log in to your streaming services with our unlimited high-speed internet, or watch local cable TV. A half bathroom and full-sized laundry machines complete the main floor.

    Upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a super comfy king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds. The primary suite has an attached ensuite with a tub/shower combo and a double sink vanity, while the other two bedrooms share the second full bathroom in the hallway, which has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity. To ensure your comfort, we have installed ceiling fans and provided portable fans throughout the house.

    The basement level features a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a retro wet bar, and a family room area. You'll find a 55" smart TV down here, also connected to local cable, and a separate den that can be used for games, work, or studying. The basement also has the third full bathroom with a stand-up shower. For larger groups, we have two sleep chests in the basement, which convert into queen-sized beds, and a deluxe fold away cot .

    To enjoy the outdoor space, step through the sliding doors off the kitchen and onto the patio. There, you'll find an outdoor dining set that can seat 6 people, along with a propane BBQ. The yard features some mature trees and a small grassy area, and a shared gate with the neighboring property can be left open or closed during your stay.

    Parking is available for free at this home. This house has a double attached garage and driveway with space for two additional regular sized vehicles and out front there is street parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis.

    This home is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We strictly prohibit parties and occupancy levels are restricted to only the people who are included in the booking.

    Pack n play and high chair are available upon request, but kindly inform us in advance to ensure availability during your stay.

    We are pet friendly and even though we go through extensive cleaning protocols after each stay, if you have severe pet allergies or sensitivities this may not be the place for you.

    Dogs are allowed with specific written pre-approval and must be included in your booking request. Please request a copy of our pet etiquette details so you understand the basic expectations.
    Cats are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fee of $500 per cat.

    *If you would like to add an additional twin sized cot to your booking for extra sleeping options this is charged at the rate of $10 /day. *Must be requested and paid for in advance to guarantee availability.

    We do not have access to the mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving any mail as we will not be able to obtain this for you.

    If you have any deliveries coming to the house during your stay, please ensure that you have door drop off or depot pick up. We do not have access to obtain any parcels sent to the community mailbox for this home.
