"This condo has clearly been repaired and newly updated since the hurricane that left the area with much damage. Properties on either side of this building are still in ruins. This condo is clean, spacious and comfortable. And steps to the beach! I would stay there again. "

"Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds."
