"Excellent location close to some walking paths, we loved watching the northern lights out the backporch! Everyone loved having their own space. "The tiny treehouse was a fun stay. I loved the hammock. That is a great touch. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub or sauna, but its great that those are options. Devin was great to work with and is very accommodating. Easy check-in and convenient parking. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would stay here again if we return to Fairbanks."

"This was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. It was small but quite comfortable! We only used the shared bathhouse for restroom needs, which was clean for the most part but as the water was running, we did notice a sulfur smell. Not sure if this is normal for the area or for how the vacation homes are set up, but something to be aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and I also want to mention that the bed was THE most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on while on vacation! "

"The extremely clean apartment offered a very low price. It offered great wifi, a smart tv, a basic kitchen and two bedrooms, one bath. Nothing really fancy but all we needed for our stay in Fairbanks. Plenty of clean sheets and towels. Bring lots of quarters for the few laundry machines in the basement or just use one of the many nearby laundromats. Lots of steps up to the second floor but parking right next to the steps. "

"Vi boede her 3 nætter. Opdagede at der IKKE blev ordnet værelse hver dag - det var ej oplyst ved bookingen eller ved check in😡værelset var ok men sengemadras er ved at være slidt ned. Poolen var for kold men fin ren. Morgenmaden var god her dag. Personalet venlige. Fik strømsvigt men det blev hurtigt fixet."
