"We enjoyed our stay here. The ability to launch our boat a short distance from the house and being able to leave the boat docked in the water the entire weekend was awesome!! We will definitely be back in the future. "

"The property was good. Very clean and of courseyou can't beat the location. I rated a the property a 5 but I won't stay there again because the property owners do not allow early check in under any circumstances. I have stayed at various units at the Beach Club and they have always graciously allowed earlier check if the property was ready. We didn't have to even ask - we'd just get an email from Vacasa saying the property was ready! We appreciated that because we can only stay out in sun so...

"My family and I (two teens), stayed for Beach to Bay weekend. The property was so cute and just as they described it in the listing. Check in was easy, had the information sent to us in plenty of time. Not far from the beach at all, we had a golf cart and it took about 3 minutes, there’s also gas stations and grocery near by. The pool on property was nice too. "

"The condo was in a great area…close to beach and short drive to shops and restaurants. Although a bit small, it fit our 4 just fine. The owners/property manager was very responsive to questions before and during the trip. Would recommend for a quick get away to the beach!"

"Permanent residents have a long list of "don'ts" if you are coming with a large group and kids, this may not be the place for you. There is pull through parking for trailers/boats, very convenient. Host was very responsive and helpful! "

"My favorite beach condo ever. Everything you need is provided! Bring your food and drink and get your beach parking permit at the Stripes on the corner. Close by grocery store has anything you might need. The beach is a hop skip and a jump away! 2 mins! The pool area is beautiful. Parking is perfect. You will love the peace here!"

"Nice condo close to everything. Clean and roomy. Lots of construction and workmen around all day. There was a problem upon arrival, the staff worked with us and got it resolved, very helpful. Location was great!"

"Good experience all around. Check in and out was super easy with the text from Padre Escapes. View from the living room and master bedroom were perfect. If there was a diwn side it would be that there are a decent number of stairs. So if you cant do stairs then this is not the condo."
