"I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. "The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. "Stayed for 12 nights. I only had one issue file I was there and the staff very quickly fixed the problem. Two ladies at the front desk went above and beyond every time I spoke to them, very pleasant. Would stay again."

"The place was filthy and under construction. The room had trash in it and the beds were very damp. Someone pee in the shower before we got there and it was never cleaned and stunk. The tv remote was not programmed with our tv so we couldn’t watch it. All around horrible experience."
