"Great stay"

"The most amazing hosts we have ever encountered on Vrbo. We are so excited to visit with such ease and transition. Some last minute thing happened with this home so they hooked us up with another home with basically the same needs we needed and even closer to the location of the event we were attending so it was really an upgrade to us than anything else. "The property was clean and rooms were clean. The manager seemed nice. The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad. The breakfast was okay, all processed food. "Very big king room with sofa. Hot breakfast with entree changed each day along with waffles. They were doing some renovations but no real inconvenience. Over priced but that was probably because of the college World Series."

"The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed."
