"Okay hotel. Older style, but room was clean."

"Everything was great about our stay. Room was SUPER clean. Breakfast was varied and hot. Staff was super friendly. All 5 star. Then I had an emergency, I left my carry on suitcase behind. I didn't find out until many, many hours later. Lizz, from the front desk, just went above and beyond to help me get it transported by FedEx to my next location. She helped me figure out all the details and was SUPER kind. I cannot say better things about the staff and also the stay we had here. And...

"Room 155 was disgustingly dirty, food residue on the wall above and beside the bed, a horribly stained chair, stained rug, stained curtains, and stained sheets. Garbage on the floors, and long black hairs on the wall in the shower. I had to go to the car and get my sleeping bag to sleep in. The front desk gentleman was super cheerful and friendly so I didn’t want to complain to him. Luckily I was only there for a night, but will never stay there again."

"So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again."
