"We really liked this place. We arrived earlier than check-in time but got the room when arriving. We were welcomed by a very sweet and smiling staff member who also gave us a great introduction to the city, were to go and what to see. The place is perfectly located in walking distance to downtown. The house is beautiful and the breakfast was good. Our room was beautiful in antique stile but a little worn. We would stay here again."

"The property is lovely but as you would expect with a historic home it was missing some modern conveniences. There weren’t enough plug ins for all your electronic devices to charge by the bed. There is some signs of foundation issues and the room we stayed in was pretty small with the bathroom being a bit bigger than two phone booths. Overall it was charming but I was glad we only were staying one night."

"For my 1st Bed n Breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised. What a gorgeous, cozy establishment. My bedroom view was SPECTACULAR. I saw flying fish, boats, the lights shining on the water. All from my bed. Even from the bathroom, you can see the water. I loved the community aspect of the Regatta. Seeing all those friendly faces as a solo traveler was special and made me feel included. "I had asked for a room higher up fir the view. They put me on the 2nd floor with the pool right outside my patio and the parking lot and pool pumps on the other side. Loud was an understatement. The young lady that checked me in said I see you requested top floors but we put you on the 2nd floor. One call to the desk from that room and we were switched to the 9th floor.
