This bedroom is considered the guest suite and features a queen size bed, ottoman, large wall mounted flat screen TV, a closet, nightstand, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The guest bathroom features a walk in shower, vanity, and mirror.

Moving through the condo guests will find the kitchen. The kitchen features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, coffee maker, a skylight allowing great natural lighting, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from The Spinnaker. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Entering into the living and dining area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious and features endless views of the Atlantic Ocean. The 9th floor offers spectacular views! The living room offers a sofa that converts to a bed, love seat, accent chair, two side tables, a large flat screen TV, a coffee table, a small dining room table, and access to the oceanfront balcony.

Across from the living and dining area is the master bedroom! This space features a king size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, access to the oceanfront balcony from the sliding glass doors directly in the bedroom, and access to the ensuite bathroom through French doors. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, large double sink vanity, and a large mirror.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.
