Wonderful experience

From booking to check in to check out, the process was flawless. All needed information was sent through text from start to finish. Our cottage was right beside the pool which was very convenient. It was a short walk to the beach. Awesome store within walking distance that had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first family beach trip in 15 years we have been so excited for this trip, the check in process was excellent, the place was very clean!! The moment we checked in on Monday at 3:30pm we noticed the AC unit in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working and it was leaking water all over the floor, I immediately contacted Vacasa about the issue. I didn’t hear from anyone for over 24hrs when I finally did we were told someone would be out the next day Wednesday from 9am-1pm (and by the way no one showed up this day either) we needed to turn the AC Unit off that the other two AC Units were pushing out enough BTU to keep the whole house cooled off and I’m here to tell you absolutely NOT that room was so hot and humid we couldn’t even sleep in there we took the blankets off the beds and made pallets in the floor in the living room just so be comfortable sleeping at night. 30 minutes BEFORE we checked out is when the AC repair man showed up to look at the unit he said ma’am I’m sorry but this unit needs to be replaced I looked at the older gentleman and said okay thank you and I explained to him that we were told to turn it off and the other two units would keep the whole house cooled off he giggled and said no ma’am there’s no way that room is humid and hot!! We had planned on booking again for next summer but with the way this is as handled we will be booking elsewhere for next summer’s vacation!!

Amazing last minute find

When driving up to the property we were impressed. We booked this rental the week prior for myself and daughter. The area was quiet, despite the amount of homes and hotels are surrounding the property. The condo was impeccably clean, and I am very picky on that. It wasn’t the most updated unit but it was beautifully and simply decorated. The living room furniture was cozy and the tv was quite large. The bedrooms were a great size and the beds were so comfortable. Each bedroom had its own mounted flat screen. The only downside was the size of the bathrooms, but I don’t think anything can be done about that. It was nice having two bathrooms, regardless of size. The balcony was pleasant to sit out on, and we enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the pool, which is right beside the unit. We never heard neighbors or outside noises from inside. It was a nice 3-5 minute walk to the beach, which wasn’t a big deal. Overall we are pleased and would consider spending time there again.
