The kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher to take care of the dishes after mealtime is over. The balcony is the perfect place to start your day–brew a steamy cup of coffee, enjoy the views, and get ready for more adventures! If you'd like to admire the views from another point of view, this condo offers a telescope, which is located in the bedroom's closet. Come back from the beach or one of the many pools to snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favorite show or the news on the flatscreen TV with cable while the washer/dryer on site takes care of your sandy swimming suit. Feel free to bring your laptop along as this condo offers a convenient desk and access to high-speed WiFi and internet!

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!
