"No windows and natural lights, except for an inner courtyard inside the building. Room was fine but we had some problems with charging of our phones, as our European power converters didn't quite fit in the wickets. We need some more USB charger ports please. Great service with complimentary drinks and small dinner items. Fine and fresh. Our breakfast could use some bacon perhaps as well as some better yogurts and fresh bread. Healthy options are available but you have to look for them and why...

"The Four Seasons is a very high end quality hotel. It has great rooms with great beds. The staff was very welcoming and attended to my needs. The only thing I did not like was the noise in the middle of the night from the sirens of police cars and ambulances. It was a bit of a nuances. The place was very clean. "Hotel is definitely family friendly! The staff were exceptional, always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and garbage emptied daily. Breakfast was delicious, and the 5:30 kickback was a huge money saver while staying with kids as we only had to dine out once per day. They also loved the free popcorn and soda! The location is close to tons of shopping and the drive to St.Louis was short and easy. We would definitely come back."

"Our room didn't look like the pictures, but we managed. The staff was very nice and the valet was so quick! Robie's, the restaurant in the hotel, was delicious and the drinks (and the bartender) were excellent! We were only there for the weekend, so our room only needed cleaned once. We got back to no bath towels, one hand towel, and someone's half drank water bottle. The trash was taken out but there was still a used coffee cup on the counter. It was very odd. Not sure if housekeeping was...

"This place is SO worth the money! Will absolutely be back. Avoid Landry's seafood though. Not worth the price at all. Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. Food at the station grille was meh. "

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
