"Northstar units are generally old. This unit was also old, but has updated appliances, which was nice. The longer dining table and two full couches were also nice to have. They do not have benches for the dining table as shown in their pictures. They only have four chairs. The unit was in the perfect location. So physically, the unit was great. "We’ve stayed in a number of townhouses in this complex over the years and this one was updated, clean and well-kept. Except for an initial inconvenience of the parking lot getting repaved (we couldn’t get into property until about 6 pm) it was a comfortable stay."

"This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. "
